We produce high quality polypropylene tapes, strength above 6GPD, we have lohia starlinger make tape extrusion lines.

We have circular looms from 6 shuttle to 8-shuttle looms where we can produce 50 cms – 240 cms tubular fabric. All looms are lohia starlinger make.

We produce Flat Fabric, Ventilated (Lock and Unlock), Leno, and Heavy Weight Fabrics, Type C & Type D ranging from 50 cms to 400 cms flat fabric.

We have a lamination plant which can produce from 1 meter to 4 meters and thickness based on customer.

We can produce 1.5 cms to 10 cms width of belt.

We have highly atomized cutting machines for fabric and webbing.

We have a flexo-graphic printing facility where we can printing up-to 4 colors on all four sides of the bag.

We have in house mutli layer liner machine, with a capacity of monthly 125MT, working width maximum 144 inches tubular.

We can produce all types of bags at our floor. We have all tpes of stiching machines like hirakal, safety, jhd, ZUKI., Vmc etc.

We have equipments to check the breaking strength of tapes and also ultraviolet testing of tapes. The other types of tests are:- Elongation Testing, UV Testing, Load Test, Dart Impact Test, Co-efficient of friction testing (slip and anti-slip), Air Preamblity test,Peel strength , conductivity testing, UN Testing as per Indian and international standards.
