This group is one of the most reputed and largest group of companies of India engaged in manufacturing and supplying of varieties of Plastic Products. Ved Industries is one of the most reputed and largest company of India engaged in manufacturing and supplying of varieties of Engineered and Regular Woven Fabric Plastic Products. Rohida Group of Companies was established in the year 1998, and has set up its manufacturing operations in Kolhapur, located in Central suburb of Indian Continent, and about 200 KM from Indian Corporate IT Hub, Pune. Ved Industries has its manufacturing plants location in Kolhapur and distribution warehouses almost every major City of India.

This group company have total of about 20 Years of business background for manufacturing and supply of variety of products in the field of Geo, Roofing & Building, Packaging, FIBC, Waterproofing and various type of similar application. Few of the main products of Ved Industries are HDPE / PP Woven Fabric, Leno Bags used for various Packing applications, Roofing Underlayment and Wrapping applications.

Quality Control and Product Development

Ved Industries quality assurance program follows the measurement-based Six Sigma methodology. This means at each stages of processing, parameter and automation are set to deliver meeting and exceeding high standard of Quality Standard set for its specified requirement. In house Quality Assurance Laboratory of the company is equipped with all necessary advanced test equipment to facilitate all relevant testing/inspection right from Raw material to finished goods for Measurement, Analysis and Improvement.

Our Quality Management Program includes dedicated Quality Assurance personnel who perform inspections and/or testing at each stage of the manufacturing process – from the time raw material enters the facility, to the time shipment. We have a world-class laboratory equipped to conduct ASTM, IS and ISO Testing Method for polymer and plastic products. Our lab experts perform a wide range of testing including the analysis of physical properties, characterization, polymer process chemistry, composites, additives, impact modifiers, alloys and blends and many more. If our stringent standards are not evident, the batch is pulled from production.
